Servers & Data Center
Data centre – BUILDING IN A BUILDING
The data centre is secure, because it is installed neither in the basement nor the upper floor. The server room has no external walls. It has its own roof, which is not the floor of an upper floor, and a raised floor, which ensures protection from water flood.
Uninterruptible power supply
In the data centre there are 450 kW power inlets, a 550 kW (heated in cool seasons) diesel generator with 450 l diesel tank, 4 x 64 kW uninterruptible power supply units.
Gas fire fighting system
The data centre contains an automatic gas fire fighting system filled with inert gas compressed up to 200 atmospheres. In case of increased temperature or smoke the system would fill the server room with inert gas (a compound of nitrogen and argon) which expels air from the room and liquidates the source of fire.
Everything is under surveillance
The data centre building's territory, the staircase, corridors and the server room itself are being monitored twenty four seven. Video records of the data centre are stored for two months.
Climate control system
Servers tend to break less often and perform better when they work in constant favourable conditions. The data centre offers the most suitable environmental conditions, because the temperature and humidity are controlled by 4 x 57 kW of cooling power precise climate control conditioners which additionally filter the air from dust.
The data centre has optical network connections with greatest Lithuanian network providers:
